Efficient monitoring

In order to have a better monitoring of the covered area, we give each distributor a colour code which is stamped by our offices on the side of each flyer before being handed out to the distributor.

Thus, every single distributed informational material can be associated to a distributor or group leader.

This system helps identify the area and the responsible in case of any shortcoming. For each sector or distribution area, there is a supervisor or group leader in charge only of supervising the staff and the actual and correct distribution into the post boxes.
